In the spirit of the misogyny unload event that the diversity team organized in June, we're holding another happy hour-type event where we talk about challenges (both minor and major) we face in STEM and brainstorm about strategies/solutions/coping mechanisms. This can include issues with funding, harassment/abuse, microaggressions, parenting, peer-to-peer issues, imposter syndrome, etc.
